Who we are
Our owner and founder, Jeff Deitmen, after travelling the world for 20+ years in the Coast Guard, and travelling the country for another 20 building quality buildings, retired to open a country store and restaurant.
Named “Linita’s” for his daughters, Angelina & Margarita, lovingly known as “Lina” and “Ita",” the country store was a part of the Pinewood community in Nunnelly, Tennessee for over 7 years.
In October of 2024, the family started focusing on food trucking, catering and events, selling the building and building a high volume commissary kitchen with dedicated space to fill a range of catering needs.
We have catered for an array of groups in the community and from out of town, with catering meals at nearly every school, event centers, wedding venues, churches, funeral homes, community centers and countless homes of our supportive and incredible guests. We love feeding a good day and love knowing our food was a part of someone’s cherished memory.
